Event Details

Kick off the holiday season with the Fort Bend Republican Women's Club at our annual Holiday Luncheon on Wednesday, December 2, at 11:00 AM at Sugar Creek Country Club.

This year is all about the people who make our club special. We're keeping the program focused on celebration, fellowship, laughter, and good cheer among friends.

What's on the menu of merriment:

• NEW: The Bubbles & Bows Sparkling Wine Pull. Pull a number and take home a beautifully wrapped holiday bottle. Every pull wins.
• Back by popular demand: The Golden Ellie Boutique. Shop upscale fashion jewelry, perfect for gifting or treating yourself. All boutique proceeds benefit the club.
• Cookie jar door prizes. Our holiday-themed cookie jar centerpieces go home with lucky guests.
• Our now-famous gift pass. Share laughter with the friends at your table.
• Santa will be in attendance. Bring your smile and your wish list.

Cookie Jar Door Prize Sponsor — $100 add-on

A holiday-themed cookie jar will serve as each table's centerpiece. At the end of the luncheon, each jar is awarded to a lucky guest as a door prize.

• Your name connected with a cookie jar door prize
• Recognition at the event and on the club's social media
• This is an add-on sponsorship. It does not include a luncheon ticket.

Sponsorship Deadline:

All sponsorships must be reserved and paid in full by Sunday, November 15. Requests received after November 15 are welcome. We'll do our very best to accommodate seating preferences, but we can't guarantee priority placement.

Registration Instructions:

Please review and follow how to register for Sponsorship tables and your guests. This is important in order to  providing the Venue with a more accurate count and Entrée selection.  

On any of the above Sponsorship Tables, please only add one (1) count for each table purchased.

1. When you hit the ‘Register Now’ button, a ‘Who’s Attending’ screen will appear. Under the ‘Who is the primary registrant?’ Please select ‘Sign up Yourself’, this will ensure that the table will be registered to you for the event and need only to add your guests to the next line.

THEN Immediately go to the Guest registration line showing ‘No Fee’ for that sponsorship, add the maximum number of guests allowed for that sponsorship, THEN click on the 'Register Now' button

1. When you hit the ‘Register Now’ button, a 'Who's Attending' screen will appear for you to verify the number of guests you are bringing. NOTE: If you are returning to adding guests after you have purchased a table, please select the 'Not me but I'm registering guest' under the question: ' Who is registering for this event?'
2. On the next screen you will enter the names of your guest.
   1. If you do not know all your guest names, enter in a placeholder as follows:
      1. First name: “Guest1” or “Guest2” etc...
      2. Last name: “Your Last Name”
         
         
3. The next screen contains menu selection required for each person/guest. Please select one of the main Entrée.
